  We ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO/FPO), to the U.S. Territories or outside of the U.S. but we're working diligently to be able to offer that to you soon. • When will I receive my order?

  Depending on your location, you can expect to have your order delivered to you within 2 - 7 business days. If you'd like to receive your order within 2 or 3 business days, extra fast shipping options can be available for your location for an extra fee. • My educational posters arrived rolled. How do I uncurl them?

  Here is how to uncurl your posters in 3 easy steps:
  
  1. Unroll the posters on a clean and flat surface.
  
  2. Place heavy objects on top of the posters to flatten them further. Heavy books work perfectly for that.
  
  3. Leave the posters with the weight alone for a few hours. If your posters still curl too much, you can flatten them by leaving the weights on corners for longer.

• Are your educational toys safe for my kids?

  Yes! Simply Magic educational toys were tested for compliance with ASTM (American Standards for Toy Safety) and CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Information Act). Based on laboratory testing these products are safe for use by children, non-hazardous and non-toxic.
