Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO/FPO), to the U.S. Territories or outside of the U.S. but we're working diligently to be able to offer that to you soon.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but stay tuned!
How long does it take to process my order?
Once the order is placed, we will arrange the shipment to be sent out to you within 1 - 2 business days. You won't be waiting too long!
How much is shipping?
We are glad to offer FREE shipping on all orders to our customers!
If you'd like to receive your order within 2 or 3 business days, extra fast shipping options can be available for your location for an extra fee.
Whoops! I've made a mistake. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us at wecare@simply-magic.com. We'll absolutely try our best to help!
Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it or make any changes.
When will I receive my order?
Depending on your location, you can expect to have your order delivered to you within 2 - 7 business days. We do offer extra fast 2 and 3 day shipping for most locations within the United States for an extra fee. If available for your location, the fast shipping options are available during the checkout.
